What You’ll Be Doing

- Transform data into strategy test, optimize, and scale offers based on real-time insights.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create scroll-stopping creatives and offers.
- Own the full strategy: targeting, retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion logic.
📊 Control the Chaos
- Use analytics dashboards and reporting tools to track performance and ROI.
- Conduct deep A/B testing across ad elements and funnel components.
- Connect ad performance with downstream systems: sales funnels, emails, automation tools.

- Double down when it’s working scale fearlessly, track relentlessly.
- Ride platform trends and respond to data in real time.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven experience managing $5k+/mo ad spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, or YouTube.
Understands strategy, not just setup from targeting to retargeting, from ad to upsell.
Tests relentlessly: ad copy, visuals, landing pages you name it.
Thinks in funnels and aligns paid traffic with email, CRM, and automation flows.
Is obsessed with metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS) and uses data to dominate decisions.
Bonus if you’ve got chops in AI tools, analytics platforms, or CRO.
Can communicate strategy and results with clarity and confidence.
