- Respond to DMs and comments quickly, kindly, and on-brand.
- Escalate key questions to the right internal team members.
- Moderate groups keep things clean, vibrant, and aligned.
🔍 Spot the Signal
- Identify potential leads from story reactions, comments, and replies.
- Slide into DMs with the right message at the right time.
- Know how and when to push toward the next step.
🚀 Social Selling, Not Spamming
- Search for aligned prospects in niche communities and hashtags.
- Show up authentically, add value, and make the pitch when it counts.
- Represent Nuro with tact and timing that converts.
📅 Book Calls Like Clockwork
- Use booking tools to secure the right call, at the right time, every time.
- Own the process from “I’m interested” to “I’ll see you on Zoom.”
🔁 Follow Up Like It’s Gold
- Re-engage no-shows, send reminders, and keep leads warm.
- Log notes, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep everyone aligned.

- Deliver weekly reports: calls booked, conversion rates, insights from convos.
- Share patterns to help improve copy, funnels, and campaigns.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience managing digital communities and driving real engagement—not just likes.
Knows how to build relationships through DMs and book qualified calls consistently.
Uses tools like Calendly, Meta Suite, CRMs, and messaging apps like second nature.
Has a natural talent for communication—clear, warm, persuasive, and always on-brand.
Can juggle content, calendars, and client conversations without missing a beat.
Bonus points for a background in coaching, consulting, or high-ticket service sales.
