What You’ll Be Doing
📈 Design Financial Systems
- Set up and manage systems for budgeting, tracking expenses, and reporting.
- Build intuitive dashboards that show key metrics: revenue, gross margin, operating costs, runway.
- Implement processes for contractor payments, invoice management, and international transfers.
💰 Own the Cash Flow
- Track inflows and outflows with precision keep us lean, smart, and sustainable.
- Forecast scenarios and prepare for different growth stages or revenue fluctuations.
- Monitor spend across departments and flag risks or opportunities.
📊 Forecast, Report, Advise
- Build and maintain monthly financial reports for internal decision-making.
- Provide insights to the CEO on burn rate, margins, CAC, LTV, and breakeven points.
- Translate numbers into actions what should we stop, start, or scale?
📎 Coordinate Admin + Compliance
- Liaise with our external accountant/tax advisor to ensure books are clean and taxes are filed.
- Manage payroll systems and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain organized digital records and SOPs across payment systems.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
Understands the needs of service-based and subscription models (retainers, SaaS, high-ticket offers).
Is fluent in tools like QuickBooks, Xero, Google Sheets, and Notion and can build clean, scalable systems.
Can build and manage budgets, forecast revenue/costs, and create intuitive financial dashboards.
Knows how to track CAC, LTV, churn, margins, and burn and make smart decisions from them.
Can coordinate contractors, payroll, tax advisors, and accountants as needed.
Bonus: experience with global payments, Wise, Stripe, PayPal, Deel, or similar platforms.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and play a core role in how we make decisions, allocate resources, and stay lean while scaling fast.
